Wall works stall
For most of the day, the traffic signals were the only sign of work at the Tenbury Wells Market Street Replacement Wall site. A few workmen were sighted later in the day, but despite all the assurances that the work would be completed as soon as possible and that WCC were very happy with the work schedule, remarkably little activity has been seen so far!

NOW WHY DONT YOU START HELPING THE TOWN BY BEING MORE POSITIVE FOR A CHANGE
I'm sure that they are doing a good job, when they are there. My point is that the whole town is inconvenienced by the traffic controls so it was surprising that on only day two, no one was working. Also due to the way the traffic lights have been placed all the parking bays have been suspended. This is exactly what the WCC project manager said would not happen. Why should I be positive about this kind of inconvenience. How does sticking your head in the sand and ignoring what is happening help the Town?
Also why read my blog if you don't want to read my comments. It's not like it is printed and pushed through your door. You have to come and find it!

I quite agree that trade is quiet everywhere, but road works can add to the problems. Recently in a town in Surrey three businesses went bust whilst a gas main was being changed and customer parking was restricted.
